This round and oval combo set is a fantastic addition to your workbench. It features; 1 flat dapping block (165mm x 50.8mm x 25.4mm) with 8 half round and 5 oval concave profiles. 8 varying punches (3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 21mm and 24mm) and 1 oval punch, all corresponding to the matching profile. The blocks and the punches are steel and a wooden storage stand is included. This set is ideal to use when working with soft metals such as; gold, silver, copper, brass, and aluminum. To use the block and punches; place your annealed blank or sheet of metal over the largest section of the block to start, then using the matching punch strike with good force, repeat a few times. You'll need to anneal after a few strikes and work down the sizes until you reach your desired size.
