This is a baking sheet with silicone processing on both sides. Excellent heat resistance (250 degrees Celsius / 20 minutes), ideal for hot cooking in the oven or microwave. Since it is made of silicone on both sides, you can place it on a convection or oven top plate or dish to make it easy to clean up after your kitchen without getting dirty. It allows steam to pass through, so it can also be used for steamed dishes. No odor, so you can make delicious without damaging the taste of your food.
